English &German, B.A. Health Management
From a young age, I was fascinated by what keeps people healthy, active, and independent throughout life. Pursuing my Bachelor of Arts in Health Management deepened my understanding of how the body works, how lifestyle influences longevity, and what truly fuels long-term health. My mission is to give people the right tools to live not just a long life, but a life full of quality. Aging, in my view, is not a reason to stop moving or stop feeling capable and confident in one’s body.
I work with a holistic approach, combining expertise from orthopedic rehabilitation principles, strength training, Pilates and yoga for stress management. I develop individualized programs that respect each person’s needs, limitations, and goals. My philosophy of strength training goes beyond aesthetics. It’s about regaining and preserving the strength, flexibility, and mobility that support an active, resilient body at any age.
Most people associate going to the gym with achieving a six-pack or losing weight. While these goals are valid (and I won’t pretend I don’t enjoy looking fit and healthy), my training approach is different: I train for the person I want to be at 80.
I lead an active lifestyle, constantly exploring new activities, and I have no intention of slowing down with age. Life can be unpredictable, but I focus on using the tools and knowledge available to me to move toward that long-term vision every day.
