Personal Coaching

Who is your coaching program for?

All programs are designed for individuals and companies seeking to enhance their strength, mobility, and overall well-being. Whether you are postpartum, recovering from an injury, or simply want to improve your fitness, every session is designed around your needs and personal goals.

No prior experience is required. Every program is structured to accommodate beginners as well as advanced participants, with exercises adapted to different levels.

The process begins with an initial consultation to assess goals, physical background, and any limitations. Based on this, an appropriate training structure is recommended.

In cases of injury, pregnancy, or postpartum recovery, medical consultation (e.g., gynecologist, GP, or physiotherapist) is recommended before starting. Exercise during pregnancy is generally safe and can offer benefits for both mother and child, provided it is appropriately guided and medically approved.

Sessions are available in English and German.

Corporate Group Classes

Can you organize sessions at our office?

Yes. Group classes can be organized for companies and teams, either on-site or online, depending on location, available space, and logistical requirements.

Yes. The program is designed so that exercises can be adjusted, allowing participants with different levels to train together safely and effectively.

Sessions usually last between 45 and 60 minutes, with flexibility to adapt to organizational schedules.

No—everything is taken care of. I bring mats and any additional equipment if needed. Most sessions are designed to work with just mats, making the setup simple and efficient.

Corporate Group sessions can support employee well-being by encouraging regular movement, improving body awareness, and helping to counteract the physical strain of desk-based work. Participants often experience improved posture, mobility, and a greater sense of mental balance.
